BNO 3.0

After some influencing from my friend Susan, I finally decided in August of last year to begin blogging on a regular basis. I like food, so I started there, but I am always looking for new things to post. I’ve often wondered if other bloggers have faced the dilemma of not knowing what to write or what the focus of their blogs should be..

Bloggers Night Out 3.0

Bloggers do it better...

I was THRILLED to get an email a couple of weeks ago about Bloggers Night Out 3.0 here in OKC.  First, to even be considered a “blogger” sort of threw me back a bit. I write. I post stuff on the internets (and often misspell words). The term blogger seemed like a title bestowed upon the “royalty” of internet writers. What I have realized is that anyone can do it. But how WELL you do it makes all the difference.

So tomorrow night I will finally get to meet Marek Ferguson ( www.mareksmusings.com ) , Shana (www.gorillabuns.typepad.com) and a TON of other talented artists, writers, designers and photographers all of whom have been where I am now. Where to start. What to write about. And will anyone read it..

(And thanks to The Make Up Bar for hosting this wonderful event!)

Uh, can I be in this blogup? I didn’t meet Marek either!

Oh and don’t get too stressed. I am still trying to find that niche I am supposed to be in. It will come naturally. The more I post the more I find what I love to talk about and with the reaction you get from readers you will learn what people like to read about.
