Well, I am a bit shocked that NO ONE was able to guess this one!
This little gem was from Cafe 501 located in the Classen Circle! It is the Southwest Chicken Salad, which Romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, tomatoes, corn, oven roasted jalapenos and tortilla strips. And for dessert (because, who can pass up dessert!) was a cute little bite-sized coconut tart with fresh whipped cream – (I could have eaten the whole case of these beauties).
Be on the lookout for the next addition to NTD – cause it is going to be fun!
